With all this great weather it seems like summer is already here! The bad news: it’s not. The good news: you don’t have to wait till summer to see your Unalayee friends! Dust off your hiking boots and come for a hike with us in Tilden Park to celebrate earth day!
If your family is unfamiliar with our summer camp for kids, this is the perfect chance for you to learn more about our program and meet some of our staff and community members.
Where: Tilden Regional Park. Berkeley/Kensington/Contra Costa. Meet in the parking lot at the Environmental Education Center and we’ll go from there!
When: Saturday April 21st, 2012. 11:00am – 2:00pm. Please be on time so we don’t leave without you!
Who: You, your friends… Everyone! No Unalayee experience necessary! Sarah Camp, and Phil Lee will be leading the charge!
What: Come break in your new hiking boots on this walk through Tilden Park. We’ll hang out and play some games and then swing by the mini-farm on our way up the hill to somewhere hopefully with a good view. Bring a sandwich or something else tasty to eat and we’ll have a little pick-nick.
RSVP? Have a question? E-mail friends@gocampu.com. Please tell us if you are planning on coming so we don’t leave you behind!
What if it rains? We’ll figure out a rainy day plan if it looks like bad weather so check back for updates.
